Ok, let me explain what we can do...

Lol. Glimpse of my adorable little-lest niece. She's just too precious! 

Can't wait to have a baby of my own. URGH. 

The good life.

I'll just summarize the whole trip into pics and short descriptions. =)

 

 So my girls and I went up to KL for a few days and sweet old Hui Xian had made me my belated birthday cake. lol. Yea we traveled whole journey BY BUS with the cake in my hands. Almost slipped when I dozed off. T.T 

Went shopping afterwards and then hit the club later after dinner. XD

Predictable. heh.

 Tipsy with them girls.

Danced all night long. Got a lil' high thanks to Ms Gui who mixed them drinks. Grr. 

But overall it was awesome-pawsome! =D

Came home sober at 4am and dozed off immediately on the new bed Ronball had gotten for us. The room was not all ready but it felt cozy and thanks to Chris, who picked the lights for us, it made the ambiance rather romantic. =)

Went for Westlife concert the next day with Keegan, Calynn and Ronball. 

I suppose you can call it a double date. XD 

 Was super excited! Before the concert even started I couldn't keep still.

 Though we were quite far away, it was still by far, one of the best night ever! I screamed, shrieked, sang and acted like a blardy 8 year old. T.T  but Oh God I have always loved them and thanks to Ronball, he revived my childhood again. For just that night, I was an 8 year old girl once more...getting all hyped up and crazy over every song they sang. =)

 Guess my sweet potato is a real good catch after all. =D

He made it into a deco instead of using it to drink. =.= sigh~

 Was helping him arrange the room when I found this! A collection of all the cards I had made him throughout the years. aawww....they are all still in good condition. =)

Was cleaning the house next day and got hurt. yeeooouch!

Right. I guess that's just about it. Lol.

Lots of fun, lots of giggles, lots of screaming, lots of music, lots of cuddles, lots of sarcasm, lots of good food, lots of epic moments and mostly lots of love were shared with people I love... =)

I have less than a week left to spend my holidays.

Oh I better make it worth while!

Just got my ass back from the In-Fest and yum-cha again. :D
Loved the ambiance there. People there are what I can see myself to actually be or had become If I had taken the path my heart chose instead of following mom's. The walk of ART. Carefree and blithe way of living life. Probably would having dreadlocks. Oh and tattoos too! o.O
Oh you may never know, you may never knoww...

Anywhos, the freedom is finally here and my holiday plan list is looking pretty awesome indeed. I honestly wish I had plans for a getaway to some island. I need quality time with Ronball. Hello! 6 weeks not seeing him, I can barely breathe already. =/ sigh. But yea...LDR is a bitch.
Am looking forward for this Thurs with the girls! It's bout time we have a get-together shopping spree again!

In-Fest is a collaborative effort. It is the Artists IN Melaka FESTival

In-Fest is intended as an on-going celebration of collective creativity.
When the festival goes public on September 30th and October 1st, visitors will be welcomed as participants in several ways, such as the performances and works on display will be interactive, there is a great chill-out space for dancing & enjoying the music, of course discussions with the... artists themselves, and simple drawing materials will also be available for everyone to be inspired!
In-Fest therefore would have no meaning without it’s setting amongst the robust and friendly community of Our Town. We really are an “Artists in Melaka” festival!.

PURPOSE:
The Purpose of In-Fest is:
1. To promote the image of Melaka as a thriving center for artistic production to the Malaysian public and to tourists,
2. To promote to the public recent work by artists and musicians resident in Melaka and its environs,
3. To stimulate more active financial support from individuals and businesses in Melaka (and beyond) for the Melaka artist community as a whole.

FESTIVAL FEATURES:
“IN-FEST” event activities will include:
1. Exhibition of visual arts works by 5 selected artists from Melaka & worldwide,
2. Performances by 19 individuals and/or groups of regional musicians, many of whom have composed music for this occasion (musical performances to be concluded by 10:30pm)
3. Shaded outdoor conversation lounges and dancing areas
4. Showing of short art video productions from Melaka and worldwide artists
5. Extensive areas for visitors to create their own art
6. Flea market selling locally created & made art & jewellery
7. Light snacks and beverages available

Exhibition of visual arts works:
Artists will display their interactive drawings, paintings, montage, mobiles to effect you and make you feel new emotions.

Short art video productions:
Specialised director /artists will run their short video stories on large screens to entertain, confuse and inspire you.

Band performances:
Indie band music at its best from Malaysia most cutting bands!

Acoustic music performances:
Hear and feel the intimate live tunes of indie artists who interact with you, move you, challenge you......

Experimental music performances:
Chill out to live tunes from some of Malaysia’s best experimental Indie/DJ-musicians:


The dates and times for In-Fest are:
Friday, 30 September, 2011; 5:00pm – 10:30pm
Saturday, 01 October, 2011; 10:00am – 10:30pm
